This means, for example, that the calories contained in the standard Coca-Cola (not Diet Coke!) can (33 cl) are completely eliminated just by adding 148 ice cubes to it.

Once again the weekend has come to an end, and so I take a moment to pause and reflect as I usually do.. Have I achieved anything in the past 48 hours? Unless you count going to the beach to eat fish & chips as being productive,then no, I've not been a very good boy... Oh dear...

Sigh, I'm so dead.. So much work... Gotta stay up to finish accounting stuff which was given like two weeks ago.. 20 pages worth of summarising.. Guess I won't be getting much sleep tonight.. Sigh,sometimes I wish i didn't leave things till the last minute.. If there ever was an art of procrastinating,then I've certainly mastered it.. Maybe I should write a book and make a couple of bux =)
